Master Instructor and Reconnective Healing Practitioner Mark made his own journey to Pilates through his ten years as a professional dancer in ballet companies all over the world, and through his subsequent 25 years of experience in exercise, fitness and wellness. Mark received certifications from AFAA and IDEA/ACE in the aerobics and personal training fields in the 1980's and earned his Pilates certifications from the Physical Mind Institute in 1997 and PMA certification in 2004. He has developed a unique and complete training course in Pilates that blends all aspects of his rich background
