I started going to Pilated Defined after back surgery. I had never done pilates and had no idea what to expect. Now, I am hooked! I started with a few private sessions and 2 years later I like to go 3x/week. Every instructor there is so knowledable and passionate about their clients health and wellbeing. Jessica, the owner has created a little haven for all of us who enter the doors. It's a great environment that feels really positive and joyful.
