Join us for a special day dedicated to the Original Hot Yoga class! We will have so much fun! We will begin with an extended yoga class with corrections, take a break, then return for a workshop where you will learn about why we practice the postures the way that we do.

We often hear people telling us that nagging knee pain or back pain improves as they begin practicing and there is a reason for that. The history of this particular sequence is rooted in yoga therapy.
