Ages 12 to 17
Class dates: 1/6, 1/13, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/24
NO CLASS 1/20 & 2/17
This class will help your teens to be more comfortable in the gym as they develop independence and prepare for young adulthood. We will help them learn how to be accountable for themselves and others, grow stronger and become more confident. Teen Weight Training will teach your teen the skills and confidence to succeed both in the gym and in their personal growth, no matter if you are a novice in the gym setting or advanced.
We will include testing, overview and education of form, reasons for why we are performing exercises, along with learning how to build a program within the 6-12 weeks of class.
