Pregnancy Yoga can have all sorts of benefits and our gentle yoga sessions can help you get your body ready for birth. It is one of the very few forms of exercise that is recommended by midwives and doctors during pregnancy.
Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and will be a comforting, relaxing, and possibly educational addition to your amazing pregnancy journey.
The course is held between 7-9 pm on a Thursday and includes yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and relaxation.
It will give you a great opportunity to meet other Mum’s to be in the area and get plenty of practical tips and advice from local professionals, such as breastfeeding, acupuncture, real nappies, chiropractic practices.
