Restorative Yoga & Hot Stone Bliss
During this specialized 135-minute yoga class the healing benefits of hot stone placement and restorative yoga are combined to give participants a therapeutic experience through the chakra system. Think spa treatment meets your yoga mat!
Restorative Yoga is an approach to yoga that is accessible to all levels of practice. All postures are done on the ground with multiple props so that the body is completely supported at all times. This accesible practice allows the nervous system to calm, and the mind to rest. The calming characteristics of restorative yoga soothes the mind-body, while allowing room for breath and deep relaxation. For an added layer of relaxation each participant will receive hot stones placed strategically on their body during every posture.

Village Yoga COVID 19 Protocol:
- Wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival
- Do not enter the studio if you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 72 hours and/or been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following policies apply:
31 days or more prior to the workshop: Your payment can be refunded in full.
15 - 30 days prior to the workshop: Payments are refundable, less a 30% administration fee
14 days or less prior to the workshop: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less a 30% administration fee) to another event or workshop at Village Yoga.
Withdrawals from active events or workshops will result in the loss of all fees paid. Active withdrawal applies to any cancellation made with 48 hours of the event/workshop start time.
