Mom & Baby Monday Yoga @ 11 am (check schedule if running)
Mom & Baby Monday HIIT @ 10 am, Thursdays @ 9 am (express)
CORE Express - Tuesdays @ 1:15 pm (perfect for napping babies)
Solo workout - Wednesday @ 7 pm
Mom & Baby Strength @ 11 am
Solo/baby Low Impact Saturdays @ 8 am
HIIT and Strength can incorporate Carriers - or baby can be sleeping or playing next to Mom while she participates.
Virtual Members will join the in studio members in a live stream class.
