This is a Rising StrongHER 4 week series on Wednesdays 6:30 pm-7:30 pm October 28-November 18 with Sara
This class is a combination of the best of both worlds. We'll begin with mindful Flow movement practice to release any anxiety, this will include repeating yoga standing poses along with core and other strengthen poses without all of fast the up and down movements in a Power Vinyasa class. Then we'll ease on into a practice that includes deep stretch, yin, and/or Restorative poses on the mat designed to aid in gaining flexibility and a space of deep rest. Guided Meditation and/or yoga breathwork will be included.
