As athletes grow and mature it is important to balance their in-season training with a solid off-season program. MPF brings over 20 years of experience training athletes from youth to the professional level. We utilize sound, sport-specific training methodologies. Any 20 sessions to be used for the summer 2021 (June 7th - August 5th) 8 week team training programs.
No training July 5th - 9th
Training routine will be Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays for a total of 24 possible sessions.
Monday - vertical power and lower body strength
Tuesday - agility, lateral power and upper body strength
Thursday - combo power, agility and total body strength
