Attend this special event led by John Marcoux on Sunday, 11/20 at our Wicker Park studio and radiate your higher self!

Start with a meditative Smart 60 hot yoga class.  After a 15 minute cool-down and get-comfy break, attune your mind with some intention setting and meditative exercises.  Then float through a guided meditation and into a silent reflection.  Reset, refresh, and recalibrate for the season!

Bring pillows and sweats and whatever makes you feel comfy and happy.
