Youth sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and are 60 minutes in duration.  Boxing gloves are required along with hand wraps.  These are available for purchase at Premier Boxing for Fitness or feel free to bring your own. Kids ages 8-17 must be accompanied by parent or guardian to all sessions. Registration required.  You will have 30 days to utilize 5 sessions
