You'll also receive our Youth Boxing + Strength & Conditioning Group Training Sessions Pass are designed to provide elements of speed, agility, endurance, and strength training as well as injury prevention to help children and teenagers grow strong and confident.
Youth sessions are available for children aged 7-17 who must be accompanied by a guardian during sessions. The sessions are no-contact and are suitable for all fitness levels.
Adult sessions are also available for participants aged 18 or older.
