Description

Single one-on-one personal training sessions each session last 90 minutes.

The training session take about 50 minutes followed by 40 minutes of stretching, foam rolling or gua sha.

We create customized personal taring programs beacuse we know that we are all different and we do not share the same goals.

Our training sessions are designed to ensure that we improve your physical results by combining different techniques such as agility, coordination and strength, we can elaborated fun and challenging workout to maximize your results while you enjoy your training experience.
