This 55 minute session will give you an Introduction to Reformer Pilates so you will feel confident going into your first group class! We will teach you how to proper use all of the equipment so you are in proper form and alignment, so you don't injure yourself during your practice!
We will also teach you all the terminology used in class, give you a quick tutorial around to reformer so you know you way around the our studio equipment.
