Perfect for small casual events on a budget with up to 50 guests not needing wet areas for food or beverage service.  Can accommodate standing and finger buffets, Smörgåsbords, etc.  (Rate not available for business use.)

Includes use of our 2,000 sq ft ballroom for a 4 hour event with 1.5 hours to set up and 1.5 hours to breakdown.

Base rate is for use of venue only and does not include any other service or equipment rental.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $450 IS DUE AT CHECKOUT IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE BOOKING REQUEST.  THE REMAINING RENTAL BALANCE AND $250 CASH ONLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE VENUE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE.

This is NOT your total amount due.  This is ONLY the required Booking Deposit to guarantee your desired day and time.  You will be required to pay your balance in full BEFORE you will be granted access for your rental.  Please advise your balance due includes the remaining balance of the Rental Rate associated with your booking + a REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit in the amount of $250 (Damage Deposit must be Cash ONLY).
