Business Use - X Large Events / 2 Hour Min. / Reg Rate: $275 for 2 hours / Bulk Rate: $500 for 4 hr sameday reservations / Bookings made for Saturdays after 3pm will incur a $200 prime time upcharge.
Requires $275 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit to guarantee date.
Our venue is available for business use for expos, socials, or other large events where charging admission to the public. Includes use of our entire 4,200 sq ft venue with access to sound system and virtual services. Does not include any other service or equipment.
Rate is NOT available for “Party Use”.
This is NOT your total amount due. This is ONLY the required Booking Deposit to guarantee your desired day and time. You will be required to pay your balance in full BEFORE you will be granted access for your rental. Please advise your balance due includes the remaining balance of the Rental Rate associated with your booking + a REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit in the amount of $250 (Damage Deposit must be Cash ONLY).
