This service includes ongoing assessment of your needs and goals and provides hands on treatment that may include soft tissue therapy, massage, joint mobilisations and manipulations, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment and sports and kinesiology taping. Also included are specific corrective exercises that are used to address pain and improve functioning in daily life or on the sporting field.
