3 Private Pilates sessions using large apparatus including the Reformer, Tower, Split Pedal Chair and mat based pilates.

In these sessions you will have an initial assessment consisting of subjective and objective assessment of your posture, mobility and biomechanics as well as discussing any previous injuries or concerns and  discussing your health and fitness goals.

A personalised pilates program and home exercise plan (if necessary) for your specific needs will enable you to get the most from your sessions.
