Our Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (bHRT) Program is a structured, stand-alone service for patients seeking hormone therapy without additional wellness or lifestyle services. This program is designed to provide safe, effective, and closely monitored hormone replacement using plant-derived hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced in the body.

What the Program Includes:
Initial Consultation & Baseline Labs
 - Comprehensive review of symptoms and medical history.
 - Baseline hormone and safety labs (all program-required labs included in cost).

Customized Hormone Therapy
 - Individualized prescription plan tailored to your hormone needs.
 - Prescriptions are filled through your chosen pharmacy. Medication cost is pharmacy and insurance dependent.

Ongoing Monitoring
 - First year: Follow-up visits and lab testing every 3–6 months for safety and dose adjustment.
 - After the first year: Follow-up visits and lab testing every 6 months to maintain effectiveness and safety.

 - Program covers bHRT services only. It does not include nutrition, lifestyle, or wellness services (these are offered separately through our clinic).
