Membership for all Major and Minor League Baseball players training with EPI. One 2-hour training day includes a movement preparation period, a movement session, and strength session: Membership includes 4 training sessions per week with one regeneration session held on every Wednesday morning to work on soft tissue, mobility/flexibility, and activation of musculature. Total of 5 Days/Week for one month (20 total sessions). Sessions expire after the month expiration date.
