Open Water Rowing Center's Bay Rower Program consists of three 2-hour semi-private sessions that will train you in the basics of sculling and water safety. The focus of the program is to provide you with the techniques for skillful and successful rowing on open water alone in a solo shell. The three sessions can be scheduled during the week or on weekends. Basic swimming abilities are required for the course. Upon successful completion of the program you will receive three complimentary months of membership at Open Water Rowing Center.
