A private 1:1 in person restorative yoga session in the comfort of your home, yard, or public park (COVID restrictions will dictate allowable locations). Only instructors who have been double vaccinated against COVID-19 and have surpassed the 14 day window to develop immunity are teaching these sessions.  Instructors will provide the required equipment to maintain Infection Prevention and Control standards to prevent transmission or the duration of the session (including but not restricted to masking, hand hygiene, cleaning and disinfection). Yoga equipment such as bolsters, mat, straps, blocks and eye pillows will not be provided at this time d/t COVID restrictions.
