Meditation is the core practice of a balanced, mindful life. In private meditation sessions, we discuss what you're looking to gain from a regular meditation practice, what concerns you might have (like if you're not sleeping well or distracted at work, stressed in general or looking to boost a certain aspect of your life), and then a practice is created for you to apply to your daily life. This is something that you may sit with for 2 or 3 months, or maybe even a year or more. You can always come back to add or modify through further private sessions. Each session is $60 (max one hour) or you can book 3 sessions for $150. These would be need to be booked within one month, as we are looking to establish routine. Three sessions is a good number to start your at-home practice. Expires 3 months from purchase date.
