Pau Hana Choreo & Finesse
Fridays will focus on aerial silks conditioning and cleaning up
fundamentals as well as learn short choreo routines on a monthly
basis. No drop-ins for this class.
This 90 Minute aerial silks class is for those with the
following aerial silks skills:
-
Standard/French climb to the top of the silk w/controlled descent on both sides
-
Russian climb to the top of the silk w/controlled descent on both sides
-
At least one entry into hipkey from at least 2 climbs in the air
-
Working towards inversions in the air
-
Ability to execute cross-back straddle from at least one entry
-
Stamina - ability to be on the silks without coming down for a minimum of 2 minutes

- Proof of Covid vaccination
- Subject to instructor approval
