Class Available By Invitation Only.  Go from knowing a lot of moves to being able to do them beautifully, and start learning to make up your own repertoire. Each week we will concentrate on a specific class of poses, focusing on basic troubleshooting, form and technique, variations and transitions, and adding your own personal flair.

Students must demonstrate the following skills cleanly and with control. In addition to skills, students must also demonstrate stamina, strength, form, attention to safety and attention to instruction in class.  Instructor has final approval. The minimum requirements for taking this class is the ability to:

• Russian and standard climbs to the top, with controlled descent
• Able to hip key from the air from any entry (bent legs are ok)
• Tie single and double footlocks from the air cleanly
• Perform ball inversions (2)
• Stay in the air for 1 minute
• Subject to instructor approval
