This class continues to work on the fundamentals of aerial silks. 

Class minimum requirements:

• Climb half way using standard/French climb and descend safely. 
• Tie a foot key without your hands.
• One entrance into hip key.
• Working towards inversions and building stamina to begin moves from a climb.
• By invitation only. If you are interested in this class, please reach out to the studio to be evaluated.
• Proof of Covid Vaccination
