This workshop is for anyone who is curious to learn more about energy healing and also if you just want to receive a boost of healing and balance.

The word “reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” which means universal and “ki” which means vital or life-giving energy. It’s also known as prana, chi, ruah, pneuma, mana – almost all ancient wisdom cultures recognize this power. Just like we all have the ability to learn to play an instrument, we all have access to this universal life-giving energy. However most of us have forgotten how. This workshop is designed to help you remember.

In this session, we will play with some exercises to practice accessing and harnessing our own flow of prana, then Natalie will guide us through a reiki chakra balance as well as channel a group healing that includes hands on healing and sound healing with Koshi Chimes.

Bring: 
- An open mind and intention to explore and play
- Blanket or yoga mat to lay on
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Optional: A journal for reflection, any personal items that inspire you (crystals, mementos, etc.)
