If you’re curious about energy medicine and reiki, or want to tap into the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon, join Natalie to learn, play, and heal with the power of this time.
The Strawberry Full Moon is a time of Abundance and New Beginnings. This year it falls in the sign of Sagittarius, a sign known for its adventurous, optimistic, and truth-seeking nature. It's a time to celebrate accomplishments and set intentions for the coming six months.
In this workshop, we will play with exercises to feel into and harness the power of the moon and our own flow of energy. And Natalie will guide us through a full moon healing. This session will also include reflection, discussion, movement, breath work, and sound healing.
