Join us for an empowering workshop focused on addressing and overcoming cancer-related fatigue, a common challenge faced by individuals navigating their cancer journey. Fatigue is a very common experience for cancer patients that can have a huge impact on quality of life. If you suffer from cancer-related fatigue (CRF) you are not alone. Research has shown there are many helpful strategies that help to reduce CRF and its impact on your life.
This four-week evidence-based group program will help you learn about these strategies and how to apply them to your life. This interactive and informative series aims to provide valuable insights, practical strategies, and a supportive community for those seeking to regain energy and vitality during and after cancer treatment.
Led by Patricia Barrett, RN, BScN, MNRS, NBH-WHC and Meredith Langille, MSW, RSW.
This series requires commitment to ALL sessions upon registration.
This program is free for those affected by cancer and their caregivers, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Participants must be aged 18 or above to take part in this program.
