Come and join Chris Downham from R1SE on the 13 July 2025 for a 3 hour workshop about Fabulous Fermentation. We'll be brewing booch and making Kimchi all whilst enjoying a plant-based lunch. You will also get to takeaway your own SCOBY (needed to brew your own Kombucha) and be able to buy the extra jars needed if you want to start fermenting straight away. You'll leave with a full belly, happy gut bacteria and a lifetime of knowledge as to how to make your own endless supply.
