This workshop is going to comprise:

• the explanation of the technique of Russian Flow and Hard Heels (toebox, body weight shifting, leg work, arms, accents, amplitude, muscles contraction, coordination, where to direct you eyesight, where a move starts and ends in the body, etc.) and trying this all on the pole with my feedback.
• Tips on how to make hard things look easy
• How to connect smoothly flow routine and hard pole tricks/drops/kips
• Unlocking and practicing some Hard Heels tricks and transitions with different modifications and integrating with the flow.

LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced 

Pre-requisite(s):experience dancing and doing tricks in heels 

Needed: knee pads, boot style heels and sandal style shoes
