Join us for a transcendent evening in community, welcoming the Virgo New Moon and embracing the twilight - of day to night, and summer to fall. Let old patterns of perfectionism, self criticism and self doubt fall away as we journey through a beautiful, heart led journey offered by Nikki, Kristal and Jeff into the depths of remembrance and embodiment of our true nature.

This multifaceted and multilayered journey will begin with Forest Cacao (this doesn’t mean we drink cacao in the forest…it means cacao + optional micro/mini dose of our forest friends) to open our hearts and minds, flow into somatic movement to begin the unwinding of stress, tension and old belief systems. From a deeply embodied place, you will be guided expertly through an opportunity to open, expand and release using conscious, connected breathing techniques.

After a generous opportunity to integrate the teachings and insights that arise with the breath, we will move outdoors (weather permitting) and have the option to enjoy a guided ice bath while beginning to move into a conscious, live DJ set to free your body of limitations through free expression and activation. 

Dance will lead into a sound journey integration and we will close the evening with a sharing circle, a light meal to nourish our bodies and an optional social with light music and community connection until 11:30.

Please remember, everything is optional and everything is possible! All elements will be consciously guided and held within a ceremonial container holding deep intention, reverence… while maintaining a light and open heart along with space for lots of fun, joy, laughter and connection.
