Level II is open to students who completed one full term of Level I

Your Level II-A tuition includes one Level I class each week at no extra cost.

Virtual Level II only offered on Sunday 10:30 AM. All other Level II are in-person only.

Course Description:

In Level II students focus on learning the 37 segments of the Tai Chi short form, while further developing the fundamental principles introduced in Level I. Awareness of internal energy, and the process of becoming more physically and psychologically grounded are emphasized at this level. Students are also introduced to two-person Tai Chi exercises called “sensing hands.”

Ongoing participation in Level I as you explore Level II will greatly enhance your experience of tai chi principles while learning the Tai Chi Short Form. 

If you are a Level II student you will automatically be registered for Level I. No need to register separately.
