Resistance training at MNDFL is a strength-based approach to movement that uses free weights, resistance bands, and core engagement. With no jumping or running, it’s safe, supportive, and accessible for all women.
The benefits of resistance training are endless — improved bone density, enhanced cardiovascular health, increased energy, and greater overall strength. Over time, you may notice more defined muscles, improved posture, and a powerful sense of confidence that carries beyond the studio.
This semi-private group (6-8 women) training experience combines expert guidance with the energy of an incredible community of women — a program designed to move your whole body and leave you feeling stronger every time you step off the mat.
