Barre to StrongHER: 6-Week Resistance Training + Barre Series

This program blends the best of strength training and barre to help women feel powerful, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies. Over six weeks, you’ll train in a supportive, small-group setting where personal attention and safe progression are at the core.

What it’s about:

  • Resistance Training: Learn proper lifting techniques with free weights and resistance bands. Build strength you can carry into everyday life—whether that’s lifting your kids, carrying groceries, or feeling confident in the gym.

  • Barre Training: Sculpt long, lean muscles through precise, low-impact movements that challenge your stability, balance, and endurance.
