Start 2026 with intention, empowerment, and a training plan that actually works for women’s bodies.
StrongHER Amplified is an 8-week progressive strength cycle created to build you up from the inside out—starting with solid foundations and finishing with strength, power, and total-body confidence. Giving you the confidence to continue your strength training in the gym or at home!
You’ll move through structured weekly phases that feel purposeful, challenging, and deeply supportive… like having your own coach, community, and training block all in one.
THE 8-WEEK TRAINING STRUCTURE
Weeks 1–2: Foundations + Form
Review
Movement
screening, breath work, core integration, glute activation, and
establishing safe, strong patterns to build on.
Weeks 3–4: Strength
Building
Progressive
overload, heavier resistance, functional loading, and intentional
movement patterns that help you feel stronger each week.
Weeks 5–6: Power +
Endurance
Tempo
work, intervals, dynamic sequences, and targeted strength for
glutes, hips, and upper body.
Weeks 7–8: Integration +
Performance
Total-body
strength, stability challenges, movement mastery, and a finale
class that celebrates everything you’ve built.
