Foundation Training (FT) is a movement-based program that enhances posture, reduces pain, and boosts overall well-being.

Developed by Dr. Eric Goodman, FT targets the body's foundational muscles to:

· Improve posture and alignment

· Enhance core strength and stability

· Increase flexibility and range of motion

· Reduce chronic pain and inflammation

· Boost energy and athletic performance

Through a series of simple yet powerful exercises, you'll learn to: Engage your core and pelvic floor, Release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back, Optimize breathing and relaxation, Integrate FT into daily activities

Join us for this interactive workshop to experience the benefits of Foundation Training firsthand. You develop an understanding of the science behind FT and learn simple, effective exercises for daily practice. This experience will enhance your overall health and resilience.

Please bring your mat, a water bottle, and a towel. We have blocks, straps, and bolsters for your use. They are cleaned after each use.
