Join Jess White for a special members only event that will combine the calming power of pranayama (breathwork) with the profound relaxation of yoga nidra (guided yogic sleep). This event will take you into a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking, promoting deep rest and relaxation that surpasses traditional meditation practices. Through stages of body scan and breath awareness, you'll practice techniques to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Bring a mat and anything to make the meditation as comfortable as possible (props, bolsters, blankets, pillows, etc.).
