Festive Flow & Crystal Sound Bath

Join Becky and Mark as we welcome the festive season with joy, movement, and relaxation.

Begin the afternoon with a playful, seasonal flow led by Mark — expect laughter, uplifting energy, and a chance to move together in true holiday spirit (Christmas jumpers, glitter, and festive leggings highly encouraged!).

We’ll pause to enjoy light refreshments (yes, there will be cake!) before settling into a deeply restorative crystal sound bath with Becky. The soothing tones of the crystal bowls will help you unwind, release, and find calm as we close the session.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to a local charity, supporting a truly meaningful cause this holiday season.
