Because we are vibrational beings, our bodies naturally respond to the frequencies and tones around us. During Kat’s Sound Journey, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.

These vibrations gently guide the mind and body into a meditative state, slowing brainwaves and inviting deep rest, relaxation, and inner balance.

We will have mats, blankets and bolsters at the studio.
