As the seasons change, the body often senses uncertainty before the mind can name it. Fear can show up quietly — as tightness in the chest, shallow breathing, restlessness, or fatigue.
This breathwork and movement circle is designed to support the lungs and nervous system, helping the body feel safe enough to soften its grip on fear. Through slow, steady breathing practices and subtle, grounding movements, we invite steadiness, presence, and internal support.
Rather than forcing release, this practice focuses on building safety in the breath, allowing fear to settle naturally as the body remembers its own rhythm. Seasonal wisdom guides the experience, honoring the need for grounding, containment, and resilience during times of transition.
The circle includes time for integration and optional sharing, offering space to notice what shifts, what steadies, and what becomes clearer through breath and movement.
