Hypnosis allows you to access and transform deep-seated patterns, beliefs and emotions at the subconscious level, creating lasting change. This session will feel like a guided meditation using hypnotic inductions to relax you into a deep trance state. In this deep state of relaxation you are more open to suggestion, and can access higher consciousness sometimes even receiving spiritual guidance. You mind will become open to receive powerful and positive suggestions for receiving more peace, calm and love in all areas of your life. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you will never lose control over mind or your behavior. 
 
This session will use sound therapy, allowing frequencies to move through blockages that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
