RHA Hockey Academy Camp Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while maintaining the quality and commitment of our camps. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Refund Requests: If a refund is requested, a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• No Refunds Within 2 Weeks: Refunds will not be available within 14 days of the camp start date.
• Finding a Replacement: If a refund is requested within 2 weeks of the camp start date, the player may find a replacement. However, the replacement must:
  • Match the required age group and skill level
  • Be approved by RHA staff before finalizing the transfer
• Summer Camp Credits
  Please Note: Credits are only provided if a replacement is found. Credits are not available for missed camp dates due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.
• RHA Assistance in Finding a Replacement: RHA Hockey Academy will attempt to find a replacement from its waiting list or other inquiries. If a replacement is successfully found, a credit for future camps will be issued.
• The credit must be used by the end of the each summer camp season.
