Our 5-day Off-Ice Performance Boost Program is designed to complement your player's summer camp experience by targeting the often-overlooked foundations of athletic performance. This program fills a critical gap in hockey development by improving mobility, stability, and the ability to transfer athletic movement into hockey-specific skills.
- Location: Canlan York | RHA Performance Lab Facility
- Session Length: 1.5 hours per day
Program Overview: Athletes will enhance their body alignment, functional strength, and movement patterns while developing hockey-specific skills like deception moves, puck control, and advanced shooting techniques. The program helps players quickly build confidence and execute complex techniques more effectively on the ice.
Session Breakdown:
- 45 min – Athleticism & Hockey-Specific Mechanics
- 45 min – Shooting Mechanics & Puck Control

ts: If a refund is requested, a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Finding a Replacement: If a refund is
requested within 2 weeks of the camp start date, the player may
find a replacement. However, the replacement must:
- Match the required age group and skill level
- Be approved by RHA staff before finalizing the transfer
- RHA Assistance in Finding a Replacement: RHA Hockey Academy will attempt to find a replacement from its waiting list or other inquiries. If a replacement is successfully found, a credit for future camps will be issued.
