Our 5-day Off-Ice Performance Boost Program is designed to complement your player's summer camp experience by targeting the often-overlooked foundations of athletic performance. This program fills a critical gap in hockey development by improving mobility, stability, and the ability to transfer athletic movement into hockey-specific skills.

• Location: Canlan York | RHA Performance Lab Facility
• Session Length: 1.5 hours per day

Program Overview: Athletes will enhance their body alignment, functional strength, and movement patterns while developing hockey-specific skills like deception moves, puck control, and advanced shooting techniques. The program helps players quickly build confidence and execute complex techniques more effectively on the ice.

Session Breakdown:

• 45 min – Athleticism & Hockey-Specific Mechanics
• 45 min – Shooting Mechanics & Puck Control

RHA Hockey Academy Camp Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while maintaining the quality and commitment of our camps. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Refund Requests: If a refund is requested, a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• No Refunds Within 2 Weeks: Refunds will not be available within 14 days of the camp start date.
• Finding a Replacement: If a refund is requested within 2 weeks of the camp start date, the player may find a replacement. However, the replacement must:
  • Match the required age group and skill level
  • Be approved by RHA staff before finalizing the transfer
• RHA Assistance in Finding a Replacement: RHA Hockey Academy will attempt to find a replacement from its waiting list or other inquiries. If a replacement is successfully found, a credit for future camps will be issued.
