Summit Fitness’ Teen Lifting Class is a 6-week strength and conditioning program designed specifically for young athletes. With a focus on safe, progressive training, this class helps teens build a strong foundation in proper lifting technique, functional strength, endurance, and mental resilience — all key components of athletic success.
Led by expert coaches in a positive, supportive environment, athletes will train three days a week and walk away with increased confidence, improved performance, and habits that support long-term health and athletic development.
