Learn the key poses of restorative yoga in depth and the philosophy underlying the practice. Whether you are a yoga teacher who wants to upgrade/refresh your skills or whether you are a serious student intent on becoming a yoga teacher, this workshop will give you the tools you need to move forward on your path.

In this training we will deconstruct all of the postures from Restorative Yoga’s greatest hits and discuss the effects of each pose; learn how to prepare the body for practicing restorative yoga with gentle movements, and learn how to approach sequencing poses in a restorative yoga class. Also included are segments on meditation and Yoga Nidra as we delve into the theory of how restorative yoga and relaxation work on the nervous system.
