Learn in this 2-hour workshop, skills and strategies that you can use right away for staying as safe as you can in our community and at home/school/work. You will not become an expert. You will come away more empowered to take control of your life and your safety. Verbal, mental and physical strategies will be taught. Ages 16 and up (14/15 with an adult present).
Wear comfortable workout wear and a good, clean pair of athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle.
