When we allow our mind and body to relax, we create space to our inner wisdom. We start noticing the signals our body is constantly offering to us. In this series we will connct with the elements (earth, fire, water, air and ether) to support our wellbeing. You will learn fun and effective ways to support your wellbeing every day.
We start by releasing tension in the body and in the mind with simple movement, breathing and vocal practices. You will then lay down and enter into soothing sound immersion journey, allowing spaciousness and relaxation. We close with a chant to bring us safely back into reality.
Sound healing reinforces our mid/body/soul connection, enhances wellbeing and at the same time builds our capacity to be fully present in our lives. Chanting and simple vocal exercises will balance emotions and improve concentration.
Each workshop can be taken individually, or you can purchase all 5 at a discounted rate.
Wear comfortable and warm clothes. Bring a water bottle - yoga mats, blankets, and eye covers will be available at the studio. No previous experience necessary.
