This 90-minute workshop will incorporate yin yoga poses taught by Megan paired with massage therapy by Sid, Mojo's new licensed massage therapist. Yin yoga poses are beneficial in increasing flexibility within the body, destress and calm the mind. Adding massage therapy to enhance the yoga poses and relax the body making this 90 minutes of bliss.
